From January 25th, 2007 to May 27th, 2008 were signed contracts with architectural office Philippe Gaillard, Gabriel Orizet and Patrice Reynaud to develop architectural plans for the first zone, with architects' office Darioly and Rossini to create architectural plans for the second zone, with architect's office ARCHI + Levet R, Serafin S. Architecture SA to develop architectural plans for the third zone and with the Italian PAGANO SYSTEMS SARL company to design the chalets located in the third zone. ]]>

From December 1st, 2007 to January 8th, 2010 were signed contracts with the law firm Jurinflot for legal consultancy, with Ernst and Young to write the initial project description, with Roux and Associés SA for providing fiduciary, legal and tax consultancy, with “BEG SA” for engineering-geological work, with Gasser&Masserey SA, a civil engineering office, for the projects’ calculations, with Turner International LLC and Karl Steiner SA for consulting and project management agreement, with Stump Fora Tec SA for soil and water studies, with EnergieBat SARL for the overall design of the energy systems, with the German company Topotek 1 for landscape design, with Lausanne Hospitality Consulting for developing the hotel component, with the American company Canopy Partners, LLC for developing the business plan, with Walter Loser, International Marketing and Tourism Consultant for creation of the report on the hotel business in Valais, and with the Portuguese company Pura Imagem for creation of the website and the 3D movie. ]]>

February 27th, 2009 – an agreement between ALRV SA and Mollens municipality is signed concerning their mutual obligations in the realisation of the project “Le Village Royal”.

September 28th, 2009 – an agreement between ALRV SA and Mollens municipality is signed concerning the guarantee given to the Mollens municipality with regard to the construction of the project “Le Village Royal”.

October 2009 – a three-sided agreement is concluded among ALRV SA, Mollens municipality and CMA, concerning mutual cooperation in the fourth zone and in the future cable car. ]]>

March 4th, 2008 – The first presentation of the project “Le Village Royal” is made to Mollens residents and local press.

Mr. Maxim Temnikov, one of the Project principals, and the president of the Mollens commune, Mr. Stéphane Pont, attend a project presentation delivered by Mr.Vladimir Marakutsa, another Project principal.

September 20th and 21st 2008 - ALRV participates as sponsor of a Mollens municipality holiday

December 17th, 2008 – a press lunch is organized in Aminona to summarize 2008 achievements in the “Le Village Royal” project. A speech is given by Mr Maxim Temnikov and Mr Vladimir Marakutsa. ]]>
