Creation of health and thermal centres, development of interior and external design projects for buildings of various purpose, banks or schools, demonstrate high professional qualification and competence of the specialists of the architectural office. Thanks to such competence, the André Darioly & Jean-Pascal Rossini architectural office was proposed for the creation of the zone 2 of the hotel by ALRV.

Walter Loser, International Marketing and Tourism Consultant is an independent consultant in the sector of international marketing and tourism, with offices in Valais. Walter Loser has been the director of the Crans-Montana tourist office for 18 years. Author of the marketing research on the market in Valais and comparative analysis of real estate projects in the area of construction of the project.

Impact SA is a Swiss company located in Valais that carries out environmental impact studies. It has prepared EIR’s for several of the Project’s zones.

Engineering

HPI Haut Plateau Ingenieurie carried out an analysis of the the Project site’s soil, hydrology and seismic status. It has also designed the Project’s road network and other infrastructure. This firm has been operating successfully since being founded in2007 by Mr Jacques Gasser.
